I am currently recruiting a Change Manager to work for a fantastic client of ours based in the centre of Liverpool, this role is an 18 month FTC, managing the people and cultural side of an IT programme.
The ideal candidate will have worked on an Oracle ERP piece of work focusing on the people and cultural aspect of the programme, ideally at a strategic level but remaining hands on throughout the piece of work. Must have end to end change experience and ideally have some Benefit realisation experience.
This is a great opportunity for you to be able to gain a lengthy contract on your CV whilst the day rate contract is quieter.
- Must have held a number of positions working on people and cultural change, ideally whilst working on an IT programme
- Able to liaise with all level of stakeholders, colleagues and third parties
- Ideally able to work at a strategic level as well as hands on
- Ideally some Oracle ERP knowledge
- The ability to lead, drive and manage the people and cultural change within an fantastic organisation enabling them to adapt to the change
