I am currently looking for a Communications Manager to join a financial services business based in Wiltshire. The right candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering communications for an IT rollout.
- Develop the internal communications strategy and plan
- Create and deliver of engaging and informative internal communications
- Support employee engagement activity
- Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the programme
- Experience of managing Internal Communications for change programmes (ideally IT specific programmes)
- Experience of working within financial services
- Proven track record of developing and implementing communications strategies
- Experience of delivering engaging colleague communications
- Excellent writing and content creation ability
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
