We are looking for a Business Analyst to join a growing team, who adds to the project lifecycle, highly driven, dynamic and able to build solid relationships both internally and externally with all stakeholders.

Working in a collaborative environment with a range of innovative technologies, the candidate will play a key role in disruptive technology projects, end-to-end role from project scoping, requirements gathering, providing direction to the development team, facilitating user testing, training to on-going business support.

Experience

You will be an experienced and/or certified Product Owner, with a Business / System Analyst background. You will gather user requirements, run workshops, analyse business processes, write new user stories and interface with customers to provide domain/system expertise and translation. You will own and manage (including prioritising) requirements and product backlog and work closely with the Project Manager, Developers and Testers as well as key external stakeholders - client, suppliers and partners.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to converse with technical and non-technical stakeholders and confident in speaking to/engaging with key stakeholders
  • Experience of requirements gathering and documenting, business process analysis, transport (preferred)
  • Experience of facilitating, leading and presenting in user workshops and ideally user training
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work well on your own and part of a team
  • Able to prioritise tasks to meet specific deadlines
