What is the Change Forum?
Sanderson are passionate about Business Change and support these sectors not just with our resourcing solutions, but also with our co-founded initiative The Manchester Change Forum.
The Manchester Change Forum was founded in 2017 by Sanderson's own
Alistair Collier and Paul Clavering of 'Just Enough Change'. The Forum
is a free platform which Sanderson provides to all levels of the Change
community, from Heads of Delivery all the way through to Project Office.
The objective of the forum is to provide support to the Business Change
sectors through local business events and networking opportunities.
This includes a LinkedIn group for professionals to meet, discuss
industry relevant topics and get involved in our current events. The
Manchester Change Forum has been created with the view to boosting the
industry community and backing the professionals within it and does not
serve as a resourcing function. We always welcome new members so let us
know if you’d be interested in joining.
The Manchester Change Forum enters its 3rd year in 2019. Much has been achieved in giving change professionals a platform to engage, share knowledge and build long lasting contacts. 2019 will see plenty more structure, content and a catalogue of varied events. With this in mind the 2 founders Alistair Collier and Paul Clavering embarked on their first podcast together.

Sanderson Recruitment Regional Manager - North England
Alistair has been working in the recruitment industry for the last 12 years, delivering permanent and contract staffing solutions to numerous businesses across the North of the UK. Following a hugely successful career as a consultant, he now leads the Manchester office. His experience lies in the deep understanding of each individual customer, evaluating key requirements and proposing best fit recruitment solutions. Experience in delivering to a breadth of customer’s (SME to Blue Chip) means he understands how to differentiate individual business needs. Now leading a talented IT and Business Change recruitment delivery team, he can ensure each customer receives a specialist service, for each individual requirement. He has an active input in to the local Business Change/Transformation community, and is an active participant in a number of local technology meetups/forums

Paul has a wealth of experienced gained in
international organisations in industries such as manufacturing, technology,
ERP, professional services and the hire industry.
He is an extremely driven leader with a passion & history for delivering
transformational change. A technology and business visionary with
executive and hands on experience in delivery of benefits to the wider
business for the last 20 years. With a proven track record for providing
strategic direction and delivering large projects successfully. Paul has demonstrable organisational developments
skills including re-structuring, development alignment and team building
along with successful deployment of IT governance and business
