We relaunched our CSR policy 12 months ago and since that time we've raised thousands of pounds for our two chosen charities. Our CSR policy is run by employees and chaired by the CEO Mike Beesley. In 2016 the CSR policy was officially launched, following a conceptualisation process involving over 10% of our employees. The policy focuses on 3 key pillars: Employees; Environment; & Community.

So far the group has overseen involvement in several employability days at local Further Education Colleges & a Deaf and Disabled Careers fair; launched a cycle to work initiative; relaunched RSGs Charity giving scheme that matches figures raised by our employees and organised a blood donation drive to name a few.

Macmillan Cancer Support, is one of the largest providers of specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer.

Bloodwise, is dedicated to funding research into all blood cancers including leukaemia, lymphoma and
myeloma, as well as offering information and support to blood cancer patients.
