5 Year Anniversary of the Manchester Office

This month marks the five year anniversary of the opening of our Manchester office.

We chose Manchester as one of our main business hubs due to the substantial potential the region has and over the years that promise certainly hasn’t disappointed.

With Manchester’s significant population of university students staying in the city once graduating this has also made it an ideal location for recruiting candidates after leaving university.

“Well, doesn’t time fly? It doesn’t seem 5 minutes since 3 very talented men (me included obviously), embarked on a new adventure. Now sat in an office with beautiful skyline views, it’s difficult to remember a small box room and 2 whiteboards with target clients written on them. It’s been an amazing journey that has seen the Sanderson brand flourish in the north. We are so proud to name the largest brands in the region as our trusted clients and with an amazing team around me, I can see nothing but continued success for Sanderson Manchester. A huge thanks to every candidate and client we have had the pleasure of dealing with and the same goes to every single person who has played their part in building the brand in the north. Here’s to the next 5……"

Highlights of the Manchester journey include our signing of Towergate Insurance in 2014 to lead their staffing needs and recent success has seen us expanding our thinking into breakfast briefings and hosting forums including The Manchester Change Forum which gave change management professionals an opportunity to network and discuss with others within the industry.

We would like to give a massive thank you to all of the clients and candidates that have supported us on our journey so far and look forward to many years of building on new and existing relationships.
