We use our expertise and long experience to find, select and recruit the best resource for our clients.

How we work

Run by a small executive management team, Sanderson has over 100 recruitment consultants delivering both contractors and permanent staff to 600+ corporate clients, public organisations and SMEs.We operate UK-wide, with international reach. We have a centralised resourcing function, based at our head office in Bristol and provide mobile teams based on or off our clients’ sites, as required.

What sets us apart is our relationship-based approach and the networks and knowledge we’ve built up with the UK professional marketplace over the last 30 years. Our recruitment consultants work a niche, ‘vertical market’ structure for each specialist division, giving unrivalled coverage and understanding. In this way, we offer a truly consultative recruitment service.

Independence gives flexibility

30 year history

Sanderson has a long history in professional recruitment in the UK:

• Sanderson started trading in Bristol in 1975, specialising in IT recruitment
• We were one of the first agencies to offer IT contractors to UK businesses
• We have since replicated our recruitment model in Human Resources, Finance, Sales and Business Change and developed our business across the UK
